A national Hotel Chain in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin was looking for a solution for their new, outdoor patio and bar area on an elevated parking deck; they turned to Floorcare USA for a concrete flooring solution.

The client not only wanted a concrete floor that was aesthetically pleasing, they needed a floor that provided water-proofing capabilities to protect the structure underneath the elevated deck.

Floorcare USA mechanically shot-blasted the elevated slab, patched eroded areas of the concrete slab, diamond saw cut the floor, and cleaned the joints. Once that work was performed, Floorcare installed a 3-coat Elastomeric Membrane system.

The completed system is

• high traction under wet conditions
• protects the concrete from mechanical and chemical wear
• protects that overall structure from moisture attack and water migration
