The owner of a vintage fighter jet wanted help in engineering and designing the perfect coated concrete floor for his new aviation hangar, Floorcare USA, Inc. stepped in and installed exactly what he was looking for.

Floorcare  engaged the client in a conversation on his flooring needs that met both the aesthetic vision he had for his facility and the function and performance that he desired. The result is an amazing Epoxy and Urethane Flooring System that is both beautiful in appearance and high performance in terms of function. The concrete slab was mechanically prepped, then the joints were filled and multiple coats of 100% solids epoxies were applied. Once the primer and base coats of epoxy were applied, the client went with a high-gloss urethane top coat where the fighter jet gets parked and a High Traction Satin Finish Urethane where maintenance is performed. The hangar floor was then set off with high performance safety striping in black/yellow and a custom color floor logo. Absolutely amazing concrete coated floors!!
